Due to limited availability, we suggest that you secure your date with us 3
to 6 months in advance.
Confirmation of Date requires the amount of one third of the agreed
estimated total for deposit. At least a Four week notice is required for
cancellation and refund of deposit. Any cancellation within a four week
period of the wedding will result in a loss of the deposit amount.
The second third is due within one week of the Wedding Day.
The final third is due when you receive your DVDs.
It helps to break the payment into three smaller payments.
We do accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Our work is backed by a Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied
with the final product then we will refund the full amount less the deposit.
Extra hours that extend past the agreed package hours will be at the rate
of $200 per hour. This can be prorated as needed.
Delivery of your video should not exceed twelve weeks from the wedding
date.
